By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, any posted studio rules, and any reasonable instructions provided by drornym.click or our staff.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, making a booking, or communicating with us.

You agree to immediately notify us of any damage, incident, injury, malfunction, security issue, or unauthorized access related to the studio or your account.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All fees, rates, deposits, taxes, service charges, and other payment terms will be disclosed at the time of booking or otherwise made available on our website or by direct communication. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking.
- We may require a security deposit, damage deposit, or pre-authorization for certain bookings or equipment usage.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST/HST/PST or other applicable taxes where required by law.

We may use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or card networks.
If we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms, we may refuse, delay, or cancel any transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of booking, length of session, promotional pricing, and the amount of notice provided. The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed at booking or otherwise communicated to you before confirmation.
- Cancellations made within the permitted notice period may be eligible for a full or partial refund, less any non-refundable processing fees or deposits, if applicable.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or unused booked time may be non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- If we cancel a booking due to operational reasons, safety concerns, maintenance, or force majeure, we may offer a rescheduled session, credit, or refund as required by law or our policy.
- Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to bank or processor timelines.
We reserve the right to retain amounts reasonably necessary to cover administrative costs, unrecoverable payment processing fees, damages, or losses caused by a user’s breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Canadian law.
